Shipping:

If an Item is purchased before 14:00 Monday to Friday the item will usually be shipped the same day. If item is purchased after 14:00 the Item will usually be posted the day after payment is received. If the item is purchased on a weekend or bank holiday the item will be posted the next working day.

The latest we plan to deliver is within 3 to 7 days of order, unless otherwise stated in the product details. You are welcome to discuss your order by using our 'Contact Us' form or use the automated service which is provided.

Shipping rates are not shown in the item description, to find out the shipping price please select your item/s and proceed to the checkout, the shipping price also includes any packaging charges.

Returns: Any item that is deemed unsatisfactory or faulty must be reported within 7 days and returned within this time. A full refund including postage will be provided. However the product must be in otherwise sound condition.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed no sooner than 7 days after the returned item is received and confirmed to be in its original condition. If a product is returned for a refund and on receipt it is deemed not to be faulty we reserve the right to refuse the return and to refuse to refund and return the returned item to the buyer, or if we choose to accept the return we reserve the right to refund up to 28 days to our discretion.
